An accessible website for presenting modern housing
We developed a website with a simple structure and easy navigation.
Idea
Create a concise website to demonstrate residential complexes in green areas and sell housing.
Tasks
- Show in what area the residential buildings are located and at what stage their construction is underway.
- Create separate pages for each house with a visual presentation of the apartments.
- It is beneficial to present the interior of the apartments.
- Design the website in accordance with the corporate style of the developer company.
The drop-down menu and footer links allow users to quickly jump to the desired section to view information about the property.
Structure
Convenient choice of apartment
For each three-story building in which apartments are sold, we created a separate page where we posted basic information about all housing options with layouts and diagrams. We added sections to the site: About us, Furniture, Interior Design, Partners, Investments, Contacts.
Peculiarities
All sections of the site are displayed in the menu and footer. The main page contains general information about the project and construction of residential buildings. We added a video that shows the area where the houses are located and demonstrates what stage of construction they are at. We posted a map, a feedback form and links to the developer’s profiles on social networks. We created a laconic website design in yellow and black tones that matched the corporate style.
